Delta Health Board of Directors

The Delta Health Board of Directors is elected and is composed of five members from towns throughout the county. The Board Members are volunteers, who serve the citizens of the county, in addition to working full-time in their jobs and businesses. The Hospital CEO and Department Managers, who supervise a staff of approximately 700 employees, direct the day-to-day operations of the facility.

Delta County Memorial Hospital, doing business as Delta Health, is a non-profit hospital district, with an annual payroll/wages/benefits of $41,334,062 and annual net revenue of $86,282,643 in 2021. Delta Health is a county-wide healthcare system and goes between the largest and second-largest employer in Delta County.

Subject Matter

Delta Health Board of Directors meetings may not be used for addressing grievances of individual employees or patients, personal attacks, commercial endorsements or matters related to negotiations or litigation with Delta Health. Only those requests conforming to subject matter requirements will be approved.
